Your decision differs from the calculator

Send the share link from the calculator and the line from your grant decision, without your name, tax ID or file number. The difference often comes from a different tax year, a child that was not counted, or a person who was counted as part of the household. If the mistake is ours, we fix it and add the case as a test.

A list price has changed

Send the link to the manufacturer's price list with its date. We only take prices from manufacturer sources, not from dealer offers.

Embedding the calculator

Motoring clubs, energy suppliers, councils and newsrooms can embed the grant calculator free of charge: embed a calculator.

What we do not do

No individual advice, no applications on your behalf, no brokering of cars, leases or GHG quota providers. Questions about your application go to BAFA.
